  • Service is not delivered within 48 hours of purchase
  • Your Instagram account is public and valid, and issue is from our side

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Order is already partially or fully delivered
  • You entered an incorrect username
  • Your account was private during delivery
  • You changed your username mid-order
  • You simply changed your mind

  • Order ID
  • Reason for the refund request

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
