Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

• Service is not delivered within 48 hours of purchase
• Your Instagram account is public and valid, and issue is from our side

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Order is already partially or fully delivered
• You entered an incorrect username
• Your account was private during delivery
• You changed your username mid-order
• You simply changed your mind

3. 30-Day Refill Policy

If your followers, likes, or views drop after delivery:

• We offer free refills within 30 days
• Send your order ID and issue via support@fansflares.com

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@fansflares.com within 48 hours of order. Provide:

• Order ID
• Reason for the refund request

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
